Terms of Service

1. The service
Wibble ("we", "us") provides tools that rewrite and analyze text, available at wibbleai.com and through our API. By using Wibble you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You can sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Wibble.
3. Plans, words, and billing
Usage is measured in words. Free accounts receive a one-time word grant; paid plans grant a word balance each billing cycle. Unused words do not roll over between cycles unless the plan says otherwise, and word balances have no cash value.
Web purchases are billed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be managed from your dashboard; for billing support, contact us at support@wibbleai.com.
If a rewrite fails to complete, the words for that request are not charged.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Wibble to revise or analyze content you have the right to use, including AI-assisted drafts where that assistance is permitted. You are responsible for following any authorship, disclosure, academic-integrity, employer, and publisher rules that apply to your work.
You agree not to:
- use Wibble to violate applicable law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, fabricate sources or evidence, or misrepresent authorship where doing so violates a policy or agreement that applies to you;
- submit content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains personal data you have no right to share;
- resell the service, scrape it, or circumvent word accounting, rate limits, or free-tier limits.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited license needed to process your content, deliver results back to you, and keep your account history available. We use trusted third-party AI model providers to process requests; they are bound by agreements that prohibit using your content to train their models.
6. Availability and changes
Wibble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or pricing; material plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on generated output.
8. Termination
You can stop using Wibble at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your history and remaining balance. Cancel any active subscription from your dashboard before requesting deletion.
