What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile image (if any). We never see your Google password.
- Content you submit. Text you humanize, plus the generated results, is stored so your account history works.
- Usage and billing data. Word usage, plan status, and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
- Technical data. Anonymous free usage is keyed by IP address so we can enforce the free-tier limit.
How we use it
We use your data to run the service: processing your requests, keeping your history in sync, accounting for word usage, billing, preventing abuse of free tiers. We do not sell your data or use your content for advertising.
AI processing
Rewrites are generated by third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. Your content is sent to them solely to produce your result, under agreements that prohibit using it to train their models.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Wibble — hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and AI model providers — and when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Your content and history are kept while your account exists. You can request account deletion by emailing us; this permanently removes your account, history, and balances. Anonymous free-tier records are kept to enforce limits.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll help.
Children
Wibble is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the new date above.
